How to order


Please download the Order Form provided in the "Order Form" Tab and fill up all the necessary details. Double check the Order Form to ensure everything is correct.

Transfer the payment via ATM transfer or internet transfer to the POSB account provided first before sending the Order Form.

Order Form without payment received will not be entertained.

Email the Order Form to [email protected] and I will contact you within 48hrs once I have confirmed your payment. If you do not hear from me within 48hrs, resend your Order Form again.

Once you have placed and paid for your item/s, no cancellation is allowed.

Remember to include the following payment details in your email together with your Order Form:-
  • Date & Time of transfer
  • Payment Method
  • ibanking Initial
  • Amount Transferred

Delivery


For Coming Soon Items, there will be a waiting period for the items to arrived.

For In Store items, once you placed and paid for your order, your item/s will reach you 2-3 days. (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays)

Cute Angels Cottage will send an email to you once your item/s have arrived.

Normal postage charge is SGD 0.80 per item. Please note that order tracking is not available for normal postage deliveries.

For registered Article, an additional of SGD 2.25 will be added to the normal postage charges. You may track your parcel with this delivery method.

Once your parcel is mail out, Cute Angels Cottage will send out an email to inform you.

Cute Angels Cottage will not bear any responsibilities of lost and / or damaged parcel once your parcel is mail out.

Do I need to sign up as a member in order to shop at your website?


Preferably. Signing up as member will receive benefits such as Letterbox updates, free normal postage (In Store Items), free gift and additional discounts.

Every $1 spent is equal to 1 point earned. Once you spend SGD 100, you will be issued a SGD 5 Discount Coupon to be utilized for your NEXT purchase. Please note that Coupon is valid for only 1 month from date of issue.

Remember to include the Discount Coupon code when you send in the Order Form in order to use the coupon.

If I receive a defected item, can I request for a refund / exchange?


I will always check the quality of all the items that have arrived so you can assure that the percentage of receiving a defect item is zero. In the case whereby there is a defect on the item that you have purchased, I will refund the payment.

If I receive an item which I do not like, can I request for a refund / exchange?
